The manual work that eats your weeks can be automated.

I build data and AI systems for SMEs, and I run their acquisition channels. One person, from the database through to the campaign.

Most SMEs have the same problem in two forms. Data is scattered across a CRM, three spreadsheets, and two people's heads. And marketing runs on instinct because nobody can measure what works.

These two problems are one problem. That's why I do both.

Services

  • AI systems and automation

Assistants wired to your documents and internal data (RAG), MCP integrations in the tools you already use, automated extraction of information locked in PDFs and emails. The point is simple: stop doing the repetitive work by hand.

  • Data and infrastructure

PostgreSQL databases, Airtable architecture, clean connections between your product, CRM, and reports. It's the layer nobody wants to pay for, and nothing else holds without it.

  • Growth and acquisition

Email automations tied to actual customer behaviour, Meta and Google campaigns, conversion page work. Built on your data, not on guesses.

Most companies hire an agency for marketing and a developer for the technical work. The two bounce the problem back and forth. I do both because half of marketing problems are data problems.

Who this is for

This works well if you already have sales, someone handling marketing or operations, and a problem you can name. You know the manual work is costing you hours, or that your channels have plateaued, even if you don't know why yet.

This works poorly if you're just starting and looking for someone to build everything from scratch, or if you're shopping for the lowest price. I work fixed-fee, on structured projects. In those cases I'll tell you, plainly, to look elsewhere.

Let's look at what's stuck.

A thirty-minute call. You describe where the manual work piles up and where acquisition plateaus. I tell you what I'd do and what it costs. If it isn't a fit, I'll say so.
